Four dedicated weeks of senior implementation, alongside your team. We build the AI system your business needs to scale — sized to your constraints, owned by your team, integrated into your actual stack. Working systems, not slides. No template, no fixed deliverable count. Your team learns to operate and extend everything as we go, so when the sprint ends, you’re not dependent on me.

The four weeks
Week 0 (pre-engagement). Access provisioning, SSO setup, security review, eval-harness sign-off — the unglamorous integration work that has to happen before the clock starts. Skipped if you’ve already completed it.
Week 1. Kick-off. Lock scope based on your priority map (from a prior Audit, or sized in week 1 with you). Begin building the highest-ROI opportunity first.
Week 2. First system ships to production with a team training session. Continue building the next priority.
Week 3. Iterate, ship, train. Adjust scope based on what we learn during the build — never expand it.
Week 4. Final handover. Runbooks, Loom walkthroughs, monitoring. Retrospective and updated 90-day roadmap.
You receive
A bespoke AI system — deployed, instrumented, running in your stack. Scope sized to your business, never to a SKU.
Operating runbooks for everything we ship — what it does, how to operate, when it escalates
Handover Loom recordings — your team can run everything without me
Updated 90-day roadmap reflecting what we learned during the build
30 days of post-engagement support — async Slack / Loom for nothing-falls-through Q&A
About me
I’ve shipped AI systems at every scale — from solo (two production iOS apps, end-to-end with agents) to platform (a decade as a senior technical leader and manager in AI infrastructure: agentic tooling, LLM lifecycle, recommendation systems, large-scale experimentation). The patterns are the same; only the size differs. I bring the platform-scale rigor down to a 4-week, single-operator engagement — calibrated to what your business actually needs.
Scope guards
These exist because they’re what makes the timeline real:
Scope locked at week 1. “While you’re at it, can you also build…” kills the timeline. We adjust during the build, never expand.
Build on the existing stack. If you have nothing, the Audit comes first — we need to know what we’re building before the four weeks start.
One designated point of contact on your side for the full 4 weeks. ~3 hrs/wk of senior attention required.
30-day support is async only. No new feature requests during it.
Prerequisite
A recent Audit (mine, or a comparable internal one) — or a 30-min discovery call to confirm fit. The Audit isn’t a gatekeeping tactic; it’s how we make sure we’re building the right things in the right order, sized to what your business will actually use.
Capacity
One sprint per month while I scale. When the month is taken, the next month opens.
